What to do if my product arrived damaged?

We carefully package all products, but unfortunately damage can sometimes occur during transport. If your product arrives damaged, we will help you resolve this quickly.

Step 1 – Inspect the package upon delivery

  • Check the outer packaging for visible damage before accepting the delivery.

  • If you notice damage, ask the courier to make a note of it.

Step 2 – Take photos

Please take clear photos of the following:

  • The damaged product

  • The outer and inner packaging

  • The shipping label on the box

These photos are required to process the claim with the shipping carrier.

Step 3 – Report the damage to us

Contact us as soon as possible through our contact page and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • The photos you took

Step 4 – Resolution

  • If the damage occurred during transport: We will handle the claim with the carrier and send you a replacement product.

  • If the damage is manufacturing-related: The issue will be handled under our warranty conditions.

Important

  • Please report shipping damage immediately, ideally on the same day of delivery.

  • Delayed reporting can make it more difficult to file a claim with the shipping company.
