Tracking shows "delivered", but you haven't received anything?
Unfortunately, it's becoming more common for a package to be scanned as "delivered" while it hasn't physically arrived yet. This is due to the high time pressure and point system that delivery drivers (such as at DHL and DPD) work with; they must complete their routes within strict deadlines.
- Don't worry: In 99% of cases, the package will still be delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Check your surroundings: Take a look at your neighbors or a familiar pickup point nearby.
- Driver accountability: Because drivers are personally held responsible for missing packages, shipments almost always turn up.
Common reasons for delays
Besides the scanning method mentioned above, shipments can be delayed due to customs processing (for international orders), congestion at sorting centers, or extreme weather conditions.
Please note: In rare cases, a package may be damaged during transport (for example, due to leaking liquids). We have optimized our packaging for this, but should this happen, we will of course resolve it for you immediately.

Because packages after an incorrect "delivered scan" almost always appear within a few days, we kindly ask you to wait at least 4 business days after the status changed to delivered before reporting a 'lost package' to us.
