Can I cancel or change my order?

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel an order or update the shipping address.

Cancellation

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our AI assistant via the chat on our website. The cancellation will be processed immediately.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Changing your shipping address

You can change your shipping address via the chat on our website, as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Our AI assistant can update the address for you immediately.

If you need different products, please place a new order and cancel the original one (if not yet shipped).
